Auto Hematology Analyzer is a tool for counting blood cells, three-part classification of white blood cells and measurement of hemoglobin levels in the examination. The measurement methods used in this analyzer are: the Electrical Impedance method for determining the WBC, RBC and PLT and their volume distribution; the colorimetric method for determining the HGB. During each analysis cycle, the sample is aspirated, diluted and mixed before the determination for each parameter is performed.
